World history suggests that violence and conflict were more evident under male leadership than under female leadership. So, for peace to prevail, female leadership can be considered as a better option than male leadership.

The history showed that Male ownership was always considered as the main contributor to crime and conflict. While a majority of people are apparently of the opinion that the male leads are most accepted in the world.
However
, I strongly disagree and believe that the claim is certainly wrong. Male leadership have been often described as rigid, desperate and greedy.
In other words
, they are more tough to achieve the goal. They might profoundly at any level to show their importance and presence. The world war, crimes, corruptions are the negative examples of men's leadership. Currently, the entire nature is facing some issues,
such
as military, border dispute or economy concerns due to the vulnerable dictatorship of men. To illustrate, as per research conducted by the university of Japan, more than 70% of the countries rule under the management of men and eventually all nations have been facing the worst time during
last decade
Suggestion
the last decade
due to internal friction and political issues.
On the other hand
, women leaders have undoubtedly shown significant improvement. The female is often calm and considered as a symbol of peace. They have abilities to find out the way from any complex problems.
Moreover
, they have god gifted six sense which enables them to take any decision in favour of good cause.
For instance
, the prime minister of Srilanka is Mrs. Fatima. She has been ruling the country since
last
15 years.
Although
this
nation is very small and highly sensitive due to various disputes of neighbouring areas, the lady has maintained wonderful relationship and frequently try to avoid violence, or conflict within or outside the country. In a nutshell, It is evident from the above discussion that women play an extremely vital role for peace or any decisive matters. They are called as the best leader in any part of any place in the nature and obviously better than the male.
