In some areas of US, a ‘curfew’ is imposed, in which teenagers are not allowed to be out of doors after a particular time at night unless they are accompanied by an adult. What is your opinion about this?
Normally, in most of the country a ‘curfew’ is considered the last means to control the worst situation. Within the few high alert zones of United States, a ‘curfew’ is announced with a guideline for teenagers, that not to come out of the door, after a certain time at night without the company of an adult. In my opinion, children must not come out of the house during such situation. Firstly, unexpected incidents happen in the nation daily while the authority takes the actions to control the position, however, when government think the situation is out of control a ‘curfew’ is imposed in terms of master’s stroke at that moment. For example, just few months ago, because of one incident in the whole US, there was a big riot everywhere and people came out on streets, even police and the higher authorities failed to control the situation, which forced the state administration to put a ’curfew’ in some part of the US. During such chaos, it is strongly advisable for the children to be safe in the house and should not come out unless an emergency. On the other hand, I have seen many cases in which the government declared a ‘curfew’ with some guideline. To elaborate, sometimes there is some restriction in a ‘curfew’ after a day off, however, in some of the cases there are rules and regulation, that minor should not come out of home after evening and in case of any urgency, they must be accompanied by adults or their parents. In conclusion, in any alert time, may it is caused by a man-made or natural, first announcement for its citizens by countries is ‘stay home, stay safe’. During such a dangerous atmosphere small kids should never come out neither in day nor in the night time.
