You have recently moved into a new house. You want to tell your friend about your good news. Write to your friend. In the letter: • Describe the house. • Describe the neighbourhood. • Invite your friend to come and see the house.

Dear Diva, I hope you are doing great. Actually, I want to give you the good news that I have bought my own house. Recently, I have been moved to a new house and I want to invite you to visit me. Remember, we used to have a dream that we will live sometime downtown. Luckily, I have got a house in the centre of downtown Toronto at a reasonable price. It is a 3 story building with 4 bedrooms on the top floor, the kitchen is on the ground floor and we have attached bathrooms with every bedroom.
Also
, we have a three-bedroom basement and a beautiful garden at the back of our mansion.
Moreover
, I feel lucky to have
such
wonderful and helpful neighbours. They invited us to dinner
last
week. I want you to visit my home and spend some days with me.
Also
, I was planning to invite my neighbours and our other close friends. When you will come we will decide together whom we should invite. I hope I will see you very soon. Warm wishes, Jazzy
