In many parts of the world, people are relying more and more on prepared food from grocery stores and restaurants because they are too busy to cook at home. This a bad idea because home-cooked food is much better for. To what extend do you agree or disagree?

These days people eat a lot of prepared meal
instead
of cooking at home. Some people think
this
is a bad idea because it is not healthful, but I do not agree with
this
point of view. There is a lot of healthful foodstuff choice available, ad they make it easier for busy people to eat
instead
of skipping meals. Not all prepared cuisine is bad for you. Some of it, of course, is high in sugar, fat, and salt.
That is
the kind of cuisine you will get if you make certain choices,
such
as eating at fast-food restaurants. But there are plenty of other options. Many restaurants serve fresh, healthfully prepared meals. Fresh and organic food is
also
available in grocery stores. Anybody who wants to eat deliciously, nutritious meals can do so, even people who buy prepared meals
instead
of eating at home. Prepared foodstuff can help people to eat more healthfully. Some people are just too busy to cook. These people could choose to skip meals, or they could choose to fill up on snacks
such
as potatoes chips and cookies. But if they buy a prepared meal from grocery stores or restaurants,
then
they are eating a complete meal.
This
is much better than eating snacks or, worse, nothing. Whether you cook your meals yourself or buy them already prepared, you have both healthful and unhealthful choices. The type of food you choose to eat is more important than whether or not you cook it yourself.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
