Obesity is the biggest problem nowadays faced by wealthy nations, the reasons behind the overweight are contributing high consumption of sugary drinks, eat junk foods and the lifestyle that does not encourage exercise

Firstly
, In the developing countries,children are used to drinking juices and cold drinks on a daily basis which includes high sugar and calories which is not good for

. Many parents do not restrict upon their children that they should not consume more sugar due to

younger has risen their weight quickly.
Secondly
, nowadays many families preferred to eat outside food rather than homemade food because everyone is busy in their life, they do not want to cook food at home. They eat mostly junks foods which includes different types of cheese and contains high transfer fates that leads to increase the weight.
Lastly
, the children are used to play games on the computer from morning till night they sit whole time in one place and do not prefer walk or exercise in their daily life for these reasons’ children are not only getting obesity but
also
some serious
health
diseases.
For instance
, according to researchers,almost 70 per cent of children in the USA are suffering from obesity and other
health
problems associated with that. The productivity levels of these countries are going down every day because the population is not fit to carry on the tasks efficiently. To conclude, wealthy countries should not neglect

issue more, as it would lead them to the path of destruction. Parents should encourage children to take part in more physical activities rather than to sit at home and play video games all day.
