It is often considered that change is more beneficial to people than trying to avoid it and have everything remain the same. Do you think the advantages of change outweigh the disadvantages?

It is true that a
change
has both advantages and disadvantages, but the
change
brings more benefits to people doing it rather than by evading or resisting. Personally, I strongly agree that the profits of
change
are heavier than drawbacks. On the one hand, making the necessary changes may have cons. A
change
will require too much
time
and the attempt of a person who does it. At one
time
or another, most people may embark on an effort to
change
some part of themselves or their lives.
For example
, individuals may decide to stop smoking, to start saving, to drop a few pounds or to get a new job. As a rule, these sorts of changes would not occur overnight. They need to take
time
and effort to overcome the tough period.
Additionally
, changes often evolve from a subtle, complex and circuitous progression that involves thinking, hesitating, stepping forward, stumbling backwards, and quite possibly, starting all over again. These requirements may be reasons for some people trying to avoid or resist
change
in their
life
.
On the other hand
, I strongly believe that changes have much more pros than cons.
Firstly
, changes will help each individual to create personal growth. Anyone will grow and learn new things every
time
something changes. They will discover new insights into different aspects of their
life
.
Furthermore
, changes will make persons easily adapt to new situations and new environments.
As a result
, they may become more flexible, more developed, and stronger.
Secondly
, changes may bring choices for happiness and fulfilment. When someone turns from a usual path there will be plenty of different opportunities waiting for him. From
time
to
time
changes make people re-evaluate their
life
and look at certain things from a different perspective. Depending on what the
change
is, it
also
reinforces their
life
values. In conclusion,
change
has some disadvantages
such
as it needs
time
and effort, but I am a true believer that the advantages of
