Dear Mr Smith, I am writing to inform you that I will not be able to continue with the course. I work as an accountant and I really enjoy your course as it is helping me in my career. But, I don’t have enough time to manage my schedule between my job and the program so
that is
why I won’t be able to continue in the meantime. My workload has increased immensely due to my colleague’s resignation and I presume that it is going to be
this
way for the forthcoming future until we find a replacement for him. I would really like to continue but the circumstances have developed in
such
a way that I can not continue. I would really like to join back when the workload would be decreased so that I can concentrate on the program. I will definitely get in touch with you when I would be joining back and discuss with you about my future endeavours. Yours Sincerely, John
