Taking everything into consideration, I am personally inclined to agree with the latter view. My feeling on the subject is that as a matter of fact that life is getting changes due to high technology, the world needs much more sophisticated and educated workforce with the ability of problem-solving, teamwork, time manager. It is better people by knowing the market requirement and their interest and ability to pick a program to study.
