Some systems require students to specialize in a limited range of subjects from the age of fifteen. Other systems require students to study a wide range of subjects until they leave school. What are the benefits of these two education systems and which is better?

Some educational systems give to their students an opportunity to choose a certain range of subjects in at age of fifteen in which they will want to specialize. Others have a fixed school curriculum for everyone. In
this
essay, I am going to observe the benefits of both existed systems and define which one is better. Variable school curriculum can be considered as a better option if only pupils have a certain understanding of whom they want to become. Only in
this
case, the main advantage of the discussed study approach is based on the fact that students have a chance to get a deeper knowledge in chosen subjects.
For example
, some people from their childhood want to become a doctor, so it is better for them to pay more attention to chemistry and biology than on economics and history.
Thus
, due to the mentioned way of study, students will know more and be almost ready specialists in the chosen field.
However
, another existed system
also
has its pros.
First
of all, due to a big variety of taught subjects, students will be more developed and have a broader worldview, a wide area of thought.
Consequently
, it will be easier for people to make friends as they will be able to hold a conversation with strangers on different topics,
for instance
, in parties or conference.
Furthermore

ixed educational system lets students have basic knowledge in any science and various skills. It will help people to be flexible in the future and to change their major at any time.
For example
, a designer will be able to become an economist, if he or she had strong math at school.
That is
why a fixed set of subjects has its own positive sides. To sum up, both systems have pluses.
Nonetheless
, the
second
, fixed one, is better as it helps people to become more universal employees and to be ready for different world crises.
