Task 2: Spoken communication is more powerful than written communication. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is believed that oral communication has more effective than conversations through correspondences. In my opinion, I completely disagree with

of all, communicating through documents can create a permanent record of evidence. It is clear that in most aspects, people tend to use papers when they exchange information with each other. To illustrate, in business when people have to communicate by correspondences because it will become legal documents in cooperation between both companies. The
