In a number of countries, some people think it is necessary to spend large sums of money on constructing new railway lines for very fast trains between cities. Others believe the money should be spent on improving existing public transport. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion. In some parts of the globe, some people say that it is mandatory to allocate a huge budget to construct efficient
railway
networks for the fastest trains among metropolitan cities; whereas, they counterparts state that
such
much money should be contributed to improving the existing public
transportation
.
This
essay illustrates both sides of the view, followed by my notion.
To begin
with, it is often said that since considering seriously regarding the fast-paced lifestyle of a human being in
this
era, it is crucial to building new
railway
lines for the fastest trains among the progressed cities to reach travellers their destinations rapidly which lead to preserve their precious time
then
they can allocate
such
time for doing extra work, so, it is a resulted to increase productivity.
Therefore
, some of the smartest nations namely Japan, Singapore and China, which are constructing the new
railway
networks by spending billions of dollars, regardless of considering the current poor public
transportation
.
Likewise
,
this
phenomenon is challenged by the Indian Government and it
also
laid the foundation stone for constructing an efficient
railway
line network.
On the other hand
, it is true that despite releasing a massive budget to construct new
railway
lines, it is extremely better to be contributed
such
money on improving the existing public
transportation
since considering serious inconveniences that the public face daily that
such
as road congestions, traffic violations, traffic mishaps and filthy roads which altogether resulted to cause massive disturbances for the public.
For instance
, the USA has announced 2000 million to improve the current public
transportation
after receiving numerous claims against the present poor public
transportation
.
Similarly
, a few progressed nations are ready to allocate a huge budget to improve current roads, regardless of constructing the efficient newly
railway
lines. Considering seriously the above-mentioned consequences it is concluded that it must be contributed large sums of money to improve the existing public
transportation
, which certainly fair enough.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
