As people get busy with their daily works, they don't have any time and patience for making traditional foods. People’s dependence on fast

has increased drastically in the
last
decade. As per my opinion, it affects the lifestyle and health very badly.
First
of all, fast foods are mostly made up of fats and fatty oils. the trans fat in fast-
food
is proved to increase bad cholesterol levels in the blood.It is proved that fast
food
gives more calories than average
food
which in turn increases obesity. A person who eats fast
food
is more prone to heart diseases and diabetes as per Dubai Health authority’s findings.
Also
, many fitness coaches suggest having healthily balanced freshly cooked low-fat diets for fitness.
On the other hand
, Traditional foods give us enough energy and good health. They are not as toxic as fast
food
. Consider a youth who eats only natural and traditional
food
, he will look healthier and bright than the one who eats fast
food
. Fast

eaters can be identified by their look.
For instance
, if a person looks odd-shaped and with an enormous amount of fat in his waist, he is surely a frequent consumer of fast
food
. They cannot do their day-to-day activities on their own. They will look tired and sleepy. To conclude, there is no evidence that fast

can bring any good benefits to humans.
Instead
, they deteriorate health and cause deadly diseases.
