Some people think that Men and Women have different qualities therefore certain jobs are suited for Men and some jobs are suitable for Women. To what extent do you agree or disagree.

In
this
contemporary world, men and women are equally contributing to society and playing an individual role as per their capabilities. We are living in an industrialised world and skills development is at its peak irrespective of gender. While vulnerable employment is widespread for both men and women, the role-reversal is a common outlook and convinced the nation. I disagree with the formal statement as in many developed nations we are expanding the business and different professional skills are manifested,
that is
proven. Many MNC companies have changed their vision of vacancy offering and deploying the men and women playing the same equivalent roles in the common division
that is
incomparable. Skill development has improved enormously and offered different courses.
For instance
, one of the industries in fleet management outreaching to public, i.e. Uber expanded the appointment roles of Driver categories to females whereas earlier it was limited to males.
On the contrary
, in the earlier phase, the men and women were profound into their specific business roles. They had limitations in their professions, resulting post categories were picked up
accordingly
.
This
can often arise from the economic stability of a male’s patronage, that can reinforce the “male breadwinner” bias in some vulnerable conditions. In countries at all levels of economic development, a woman’s personal preference is the key factor in determining whether she will seek out and engage in outwork.
However
,
this
preference is heavily influenced by socio-economic constraints and pressure to conform to traditional gender roles.
Therefore
, women are persuaded for teaching method, whereas men were not restricted to any work roles except domestic purposes it was known to be outrageous. To summarize the above, I strongly disagree with the discrimination defined by society for the gender roles and required to remove the narrow thinking for different qualities are perceiving in nature. ecruitment process, there should be diversity and equality to offer female staff appropriately.
