Dear Sir,
This
is to bring to your kind attention to complain about receiving a wrong outfit that, I, had ordered from your store's website
last
Friday. I had ordered a Black, long sleeve kurta, which is size UK 44, with 3 pockets and a design of peacock sitting over a flute and the length of the Kurta was supposed to be 4 feet. When the package arrived, to my surprise the Kurta was a grey black and short sleeve. The design was supposed to be a peacock but unfortunately, it turned to be a cow feeding grass. The kurta had only 2 side pockets. I assume that the delivery must have been wrong or if it was wrongly sent from the store. I would like to return the dress back immediately and would like to receive the dress that I wanted, or else, kindly refund the entire amount including shipping charges. I hope to hear from you soon. Kind regards, Anish G.
