It seems very pleasant when the young adults offer their hands to the people in need whether it is financial, educational, psychological or regarding health & fitness. They can provide required guidance to the students feeling short on understanding in any of their subjects. Giving a company to the old people living alone can provide a huge psychological advantage to them. Health-conscious youngsters can deliver some important tips to be healthier all the days of a year.
Also
, they can help their friends or close relatives with the extra bucks they have to fulfil their basic needs.
Such
divine jobs will bring them massive inner happiness and peace of mind. Not just that but they can
also
find themselves at the other side of the picture and people will happily extend their arms to support the young adults in their needs. So, helping the people mostly benefits both, the helper as well as the receiver. But the young men & women will have their own responsibilities & requirements where they would being busy a lot as per their different situations of life. So, expecting every one of them to pass through a phase of unpaid work helping people would be a little harsh to them.
Also
, there would be a fear of people being over dependant on others when they get helped very often & easily. So, helping people in the community surely seems to benefit but to make it a duty for all young adults can be a drawback. They just should be motivated to help people as much as they can do but not forced to undertake a period of unpaid work.
