Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing
this
letter to share my views on the restaurant "The Momolicious". It is situated

the 2nd floor of Brookfields Mall, Brooklyn. The mall is famous for having the best restaurants and cafes in the city.
Also
, It is nearer to the famous food street "The eaters bay" so that many food lovers can easily visit
this
place as well. I have tried three different types of Momos and
also
ate their signature dish "Fried Chicken Momos". The food was luscious and the quantity was more than enough. Apart from that they provide pastries and have a separate counter for fresh juices. I will certainly suggest
this
restaurant as I was extremely happy with the dining experience because they not only provide one of the best Momos in town but
also
the hospitality was highly appreciable. The staffs were very courteous and served the customers with a bright smile. I hope my feedback helps other foodies. Yours faithfully, Paul Specter

The Greeting

Depending on the style and aim of the letter, you will need to adapt your greeting.

Always start an informal letter in the ways:

  • Dear + name
  • Hi / Hello + name

‘Dear...’ is more appropriate, so stick with this.

For a formal letter there are two options for the greeting:

  • Use Dear Sir or Madam if you don’t know the name of the person you are writing to.
  • Use Dear + surname if you do know their name, e.g. Dear Mr Smith or Dear Mrs Jones.
