This essay agrees with the latter point and would show that despite elderly needs care, youths are the investment of the country.

New house building is required in many nations, but the land to construct them is available in the villages only.Some people could say that it´s better to protect this rural area to stop the environmental damage, and that there are other ways to provide new homes.Personally, I totally agree with protecting the rural area and think there are tons of possibilities to supply this new housing necesity.
