Scientists believe that the world is in danger due to environmental changes. Some people say that personal lifestyle changes should be made to reduce the damage to environment, while others think that the government should do something to help. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

Environmental changes have endangered the earth, according to scientists. Certain people believe that the solution to minimize
this
change is by adjusting their lifestyle while others think that there should be a governmental integration to environmental problems. I agree with the latter view because the
government
plays a vital role in mitigating these changes. There are some beliefs that citizens can protect their environment by altering their actions, which cause environmental issues. If each individual uses more friendly environmental materials during their daily life, their friends and families will follow the same

. Because humans have an innate desire to imitate their peers' manners, it would inspire hundreds of people to change their negative habits, which are considered harmful to their planet. A recent study made by Oxford found that 54% of people purchase food products that have less packaging because they saw their friends did the same thing.
However
, not all individuals are committed to environmental changes because of the lack of awareness of these problems.
Conversely
, the
government
has a significant role in lessening these changes. It can enact laws that force companies to alter their practices that have a dreadful impact on the environment. Not only does the
government
control the actions of the business, but
also
it may compel individuals to comply with environmental policies. The
government
holds the key to cause a transformational change related to the environment because citizens and businesses need some restrictions to adjust their harmful actions. Holland is a prime example, where it reforms a law that forces people to use only bicycles for short trips
instead
of their cars. Environmental changes have been considered a serious issue because of their negative influence on earth.
Although
altering the personal lifestyle could be a solution to
this
issue, others still believing that
government
has to interfere to fix
this
problem. I believe that the ultimate way to protect the earth from environmental changes is through
government
integration.
