huge funds. To illustrate, since tertiary

is costly, it would be a burden on the state’s economy to make it without any charges for all students.

, it has been proven that in order to establish a new university with the necessary infrastructures and equipment, the government needs astronomical amounts of money.

Hence

, only when the governing authorities put some fees on higher

will it be possible to maintain those universities.
