It is argued that a country could not run properly if

Thanks to that, Canada tops the 2019 ranking of countries in terms of happiness, equality, and citizens' security. In conclusion, I fully agree that

In some ,cultures formal scholarship is considered highly important while in others is more optional. In my ,opinion children have the capacity to start to learn and understand from 4 or 5 years old. It is very important to start to teach simple things for example basic grammar and maths.
