as heart-diseases as it is proven that consuming a lot of fats and sugar will increase the risk of getting heart attacks,

, a study showed that 90% of the victims of heart attacks do not have a proper diet and they do not
exercise
as well,
thus
eating healthy and avoiding fast food is even more critical than obtaining medicines.
Exercise
is the enemy of obesity as exercising every day will stop the human body from storing fats and sugar which will increase the weight of the body and it will make the person look bad that might affect the confidence of the fat
people
and make them less productive as well as make it harder to them to move freely because of the big weight but by only doing daily one hour jogging the body will become fit and will significantly make them look better plus boosting their confidence.
For instance
, my cousin was 120kg a year ago until he started to
exercise
in the gym for 2 hours only, now he is only 80kg and it is clear how fit and confident he is now. To conclude, as some
people
are not supportive of dieting or exercising, all scientific researches have proven how effective and important it is so it is imperative that
people
from all group of ages watch what they eat and work out.
