Sometimes we have a strange feeling as we have a see very dramatic film. We want to cry or feel empty. The name of these emotions is

Stress
is our body's natural response to external stimuli. It can be: noise, pressure to meet rising expectations, being overworked and unable to meet deadlines. They can be caused by anxiety about providing themselves and loved ones with the necessary, problems of public life. 
Stress
is not WHAT happened to you, but HOW you perceive it.  After all, even one word can be stressful. At the same time, each of us reacts differently to stressful situations. How does person feel? He becomes aggressive, does not cope well with his emotions. More often than not,

caused by a lack of control and despair. These can be exams, public speaking, working overtime, urgent deadline, be criticized by the boss or low salary. Many psychologists recommend that the best way to relieve

is doing nothing during the day. I think it can help, of course, but sometimes it may be not so effective.
