Some people think that the government should provide free education at every level. However, some says that individuals should pay for their university education. Discuss both the views and give your opinion.

Nowadays, the government sponsoring
education
has become a debatable topic.  Some
people
believe that studies should be free not only at the primary level but
also
for higher
education
.
However
many
people
are of the opinion that the cost of secondary
education
should be paid by an individual.
Firstly
,
education
plays a vital role in nations as well as society’s development
thus
giving free teaching at all levels will eventually give a boost to our economy.
Secondly
, giving free lessons will encourage poor
people
to get knowledgeable and help them to come above the poverty line.
Thirdly
,
this
will motivate the youth to learn new technology as many youngsters can’t pursue their
further
studies due to financial crises.
For instance
, Canada is giving free
education
till higher secondary and
also
sponsoring a few of the university programs for their citizens and we all know with
this
pattern currently, it is one of the most developed nations.
Although
, the government paying expenses for studies will lead to higher taxation which might bring a burden for the taxpayers.
For example
, Canadian citizens have to pay increased taxes as their local authorities are providing free
education
.
Moreover
, in a few countries where corruption is popular among legal authorities,
this
could be a scam to fill in their pockets.
Also
, free learning can be taken for granted;
people
won’t be as dedicated as they are when money is paid by them. In my opinion,
education
is a necessity for every human, it should be given free of charge at every stage under the strict policies and rules for corruption.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
