A visible change in any living organism is getting older.Child, youth,adult and older are some moment in life. Child and older are dependent point compared to another standing. For both of these ,phase human is been need support. While we are youngster,

, in the united states who worked in a company monthly contribute for Medical insurance. when the times come for the citizen to become older or sick the power help them in their needs. To conclude, financially support for elder people it should form both family and government.
