Nowadays many people choose to be self-employed, rather than to work for a company or organisation. Why might this be the case? What could be the disadvantages of being self-employed?

The self-employment rate has taken over the ratio of employed society working for a company. Both the arguments have their valid points and my essay will highlight the causes and, pros and cons of being self-employed.
Firstly
, self-employment is increasing and setting up an example of what an individual is capable of doing on his own. The reason for
this
increasing rate could be many. The very
first
cause could be human nature itself, some crowd might not like to be boss around. They set up their own rules, they don't want to be get bound by the company policies that could hinder their way of thinking. They feel that working in a firm is no less than working under pressure. The crowd are not happy to take stress let alone, giving the
one
.
Also
, the company's environment could be
one
of the reasons to be self-employed. No
one
wants to be talked down in front of their colleges as
this
could make them feel low and would affect their self-confidence and,
this
is the reason that some crowd have attempted suicide as they were not able to live down the bad experience they have had in their firms.
Additionally
, the family bond is important to some nation that they're not willing to immigrate to a different place. Ego could
also
be the reason as well, they don't want to work under someone
instead
they want to the boss of their own work. No
one
is happy sharing the success with others. Self-employment has its own pros ,
for example
, the self-employed population are confident with their works and they have gone through challenges, have overcome the failures and have lived down with the rejections in their lives. They are happy working under no pressure or deadlines.
However
, every side has its cons. There are so many disadvantages of being self-employed.
To begin
with, entrepreneurs are not well connected with social life, they are lacking the communication skill needed to connect to the real world, are unaware of the big challenges they might face, lacking the suggestions they might get from a colleague and, missing out on the knowledge they might get while working in a team. A self-employed person might conquer all the challenges but would feel the absence of guidance that he could get from working with other public. Concluding the essay with the fact that there may be many disadvantages of working alone but advantages are overtaking and, it is good decision to start off alone, face the world, live up to the own expectations and achieve success.

Support ideas with relevant, specific examples

Examples make your writing easier to understand by illustrating points more effectively.

Examples, if used properly, not only help you get higher marks for ‘Task Response’ but also for ‘Coherence’.

When giving examples it is best to put them after your main idea or topic sentence. They can be used in the middle of supporting sentences or they can be used to start a new sentence. There is no rule for where exactly to give examples in essays, logically they would come after your main idea/topic sentence or just after a supporting sentence.
