A government has a responsibility to its citizens to ensure their safety. Therefore, some people think that the government should increase spending on defense but spend less on social benefits. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?

while spending payment on social care. In my view, the notion of spending budget on the security of
people
is the fascinating one and one that I believe in. It is understandable why some believe that
government
should take charge of social programs which provide the basic needs of
people
, at least. Owing to the fact that,
people
feel unsatisfied when they have problems because of money. As a matter of fact,
people
will set up their own business if the
government
contributes to banks in order to organize loan with less percentage.
For instance
, when a farmer is provided with a certain sum of money and land, it will be beneficial for an individual ,as well as the budget of the
government
.
Besides
, if the
government
supports pensioners and children with social programs as health insurance, shelters and education it will encourage

will be more satisfied ,as well as power.
On the other hand
, I would argue with those who support the idea that
people
are creatures who need to be protected by the
government
. Due to the fact that
people
live in danger and experience some crime situations they want to be protected. Particularly, they worry for their children.
For example
,
last

. Taking into account these facts, the high institutions have to investigate the stem of these accidents .

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
