More and more plastic is polluting the city, countryside and ocean. What are the problems caused by plastic waste? What measures should be taken to solve these problems?

Grocery bags, water bottles, and
plastic
straws, with a lifespan of mere minutes, can visibly persist in the environment for centuries. Some of them have been dealt with properly, but many more are not.
This
phenomenon can lead to two problems.
First
, the increase in superficial pollution can cause pollution to cities and villages.
This
is because there are harmful chemicals in moulded.
Plastic
that is
discarded will affect the soil and water
thereafter
it is degraded in the soil. And empty-headed is flammable, and it is more likely to cause a fire in mountains and forests.
In addition
, too much
plastic
can cause damage to marine ecology. We often see that fish living in the ocean eat
plastic
by mistake, causing problems or death in growth. These plastics may even eventually affect us as fish or other marine organisms enter the human body. There are
also
many ways to solve
this
problem.
First
, the ministry should limit the
use
of plastics.
For example
, in some industries or occasions, the
use
of alternative materials is mandatory. If you are used to cups, you can
use
paper, even if the cost will increase.
In addition
, the authority can raise the awareness of environmental protection of the people, and let them recycle
plastic
and classify garbage.
For example
, the government can ask the common people to send
plastic
bottles to supermarkets, violators fine, etc. In light of the above, living in the world swimming with
plastic
waste, both human and wildlife suffer. In the face of
this
crisis, individuals and government should wake up, trying everything they can to stop the
use
of
plastic
at the source or improve the recycling rate.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
