In the ultramodern epoch, it is the point of debate that intellect memory increases very fast in older and younger, but it can be improved by doing workout and taking a good vitamin. Undoubtedly,
this
notion remains successful in keeping the majority in its favour. The upcoming paragraph would cast light on my arguments related to my very conception. I wholeheartedly concur with the statement that a good diet will help to reduce
brain
damage. These myriad reasons in favour of my argument. The most prominent one is training playing a vital role in everyone’s life. Doing examination keeps fit human body and keep a fresh mind. In simple word, if human will run daily 4 to 5 Km it will definitely keep human very active and fresh. It

helps to enhance the power of the
brain
. To add a few more reasons, how can one forget about food
also
plays a significant role in human’s life. The mineral is a very important diet for improving the memory of the
brain
. We can see the research of Murray, M.T(2014) he
also
described herbal food. He found that ginkgo Biloba and bacopa is helping the
brain
keep healthy.
In addition
, apart from
this
fish
also
help to keep young to mind. Like fish have Omega 3 fatty acid and
this
acid is very important for the mind. On a final note, I am of the opinion that exercise and fibre both are very important for
brain
health as there is not any plausible argument against the varied phenomenon.
