Dear Sir/Madam,
My purpose
of
writing Change preposition
in
this
letter Is, I want to register a complaint about my lost briefcase on my last
train
journey.
I took a very small train
journey from Surat railway station to Ahmedabad station last
Sunday. The train
departs at 9:00 AM from Surat, And it was expected to arrive at 12:30 PM at It Is destination.
I board the train
with 2 big travelling bags along with
one small cabin backpack. The cabin handbag was accidentally left by me in the train
. A small suitcase is in Balck color and it has two pockets inside the bag. The luggage contains my necessary documents as well as
my passport, Which is the most essential for me.
I want to register a complaint about the lost items, and find my backpack as early as possible. Since, I have a interview in next three days, I must bring those left out papers into the interview.
I hope this
matter will be resolved as soon as possible.
Yours Sincerely,
