Many countries around the world have seen a trend towards owning a

of renting. There are many reasons behind

tendency. In

essay, I will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of owning a

house

, and explain my support for possessing real

estate

. The

first

reason behind the tendency of buying houses is because real

estate

can be perfect in terms of investment. More specifically, property prices generally rise, while currencies may face inflations. To illustrate, in Uzbekistan real

estate

price is rising 5% per annum.

Additionally

, owning a

house

or an

apartment

gives a sense of stability. Rental contracts generally

last

6 or a maximum of 12 months. After

owners may ask to move from the

Lastly

can become a good source of income. It is a common situation when individuals buy apartments investing their salaries and later rent them. In Tashkent, rental prices are much higher than average salaries. Alternatively, owning an

have negative sides. To illustrate, young people cannot afford to buy a

without a mortgage.

Consequently

, they will have to keep paying the mortgage for 20 years.

However

, if a person loses his or her income and becomes unable to pay the bills, the property will be confiscated.

would make relocation difficult. To sum up, it is obvious that buying a

is probably better than renting one of course if individuals can afford that. I

believe, that possessing a

should not be overestimated by people, it should not be done to the detriment of other values

The medical field is expanding and improving over time,and life expectancy is growing and people are living longer,the accses to a good health care is in the hand of everybody,with the devolpmening technlogy worldwide and the better disease management.While its now easier to get a health insurance the fees could be expinsive for some people causing a huge financial stress,as the tendcy to get sicker increases as a person gets older its harder to predict chronic disease.
