Nowadays some people think that public libraries are not necessary while others disagree discuss both views and give your opinion and examples

Public
libraries
, for many decades, has a great companion for an individual in many ways.
However
, with the advancement in technology, some
people
think that
libraries
are no longer needed. I strongly disagree with
this
point of view, and in
this
Add a comma

I will discuss both sides and support my view.
First
and foremost, In the era of digitalization, all books, as well as reference materials, are readily available online, and one can access
this
from home without wasting time commuting to the
library
. Not only
this
, sometimes, in
libraries
, waiting as well as return policies are inconvenient and time-consuming, whereas accessing information online is much easier. Apart from
this
, the money, which requires to manage the book centre is very high. The government can use
this
amount on other important tasks, to improve the living standard of the country, including health, education, tourism ,and many more. Take an example of japan, they introduce a new concept of online
libraries
in 2015, which is available for every citizen with minor subscription fees.
On the other hand
, public book collection centres are not only the source of information, but it serves many other benefits.
Firstly
, it creates a sense of learning ambience among society, while their visit to the
library
. It encourages them to learn new things.
Moreover
, for unofficial meetings, students study group meetings, discussion communities, the
library
is the most suitable place. It is like learning communities get to gather place. Talking about my personal experience, the
library
is the most favourite place for group study.
Moreover
, aged
people
, still use the
library
for their recreational activities. They find out reading books is much interactive rather than reading it on a computer screen. Sometimes,
people
with disabilities
such
as blind
people
, still use the
library
for their educational purposes. In recapitulation, public
libraries
still serve multiple purposes to their members, and it is an important part of society. The government can modify
libraries
with the latest technologies to enhance their functioning.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
