The growth of online shopping will one day lead to the closure of the shops in cities and townsDo you agree or disagree

Online shopping is progressively expanding. Some
people
think the
stores
will close down because of that eventually.
This
essay will discuss why I think the
closure
of the
shops
is possible. Online shopping will take over the role of part of the real
shops
someday. The reason behind
that is
the cost of virtual
stores
is lower than the real ones. With increasing demand in real estate, the rent will rise due to the supply remains unchanged. The majority of the cost for the
shops
comes from the rent while virtual
shops
do not require to pay
such
expensive rent, a large amount of cost was cut.
Therefore
, some of the
shops
without a budget would choose virtual
stores
instead
of the bricked-store. As time goes by, online shopping will become a trend and part of the
shop
will close because of it. The convenience of virtual shopping is another reason leading to the
closure
of
shops
. In
this
era of technology,
people
tend to rely on that, not even shopping. Finish purchasing with finger flips is way too easy for metropolitans who always struggle with inadequate time. Time-saving has been essential for
people
to choose the way they
shop
.
This
also
causes reducing shoppers to the traditional
stores
, which eventually leads to
closure
.
However
, even lots of reasons to make
people
switch their shopping method,
shops
in certain areas cannot be replaced by virtual
stores
. Elderlies, who are not advanced in technology, usually live in rural areas. If all the
shops
close down, they have to travel
further
apart from home or even worse nowhere to
shop
. The same situation applies to the non-networked area. It's necessary to connect to the Internet before you do online shopping or else you can't
shop
.
Therefore
not every
shop
in every area will close down since the growth of online shopping. To conclude,
closure
of part of
stores
will happen someday while most of them can still survive. In my opinion, online shopping will be the major trend in the future,
however
, real
shops
also
have their own values.
Therefore
even with the growth of online shopping, most of the
shops
will not close down because of that.
