It is predicted that robots are going to become increasingly important in our lives. How could robots be used in the future? Will this development be a positive or negative development?

Many types of
robots
are developed to help people and predicted that they are going to play an important role in the coming years. I believe that if
robots
could simulate the potential of humans like driving and that
this
will be a net negative development. In the case of
robo-

cars
or self-driving
cars
, they are highly likely to take over the job positions of citizens,
such
as lorry
drivers
, taxi
drivers
, and bus
drivers
.
This
is due to the fact that
cars
that use sensors and cameras to drive themselves can improve safety by reducing the likelihood of human errors.
Therefore
, while the number of car accidents could be reduced by
such
technology, they would be able to cause redundancies in driving jobs which could be the beginning of the unemployment crisis.
For example
, if self-driving
cars
are allowed to transport in a city, some
drivers
could be laid off as their works are taking place by artificial intelligence which has more precisely. Clearly, these advancements in robotics and AI will have a negative impact on society. Even though some may dream about the modern world
that is
driven by intelligent
robots
, the fact is that we will see a rise in unemployment as workers in various industries are replaced by
robots
.
For example
, in Singapore, the municipal government provided 20 driverless
cars
to minimize automobile accidents.
As a result
, even the number of reckless driving accidents was delined but they
also
got an unexpected problem that was the surge of jobless
drivers
for 30% which led to poverty issues, higher crime rates, and mental illness. I think that if
robots
could work
instead
of humans in many industries that
this
will be a negative change. I predict a worse, more difficulty in finding jobs with the increased usage of robotics

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
