Some people think governments should spend money on faster means of public transport. However, others think money should be spent on other priorities (eg cost, environment). Discuss both view and give your own opinion.

There are split views about, how government should use finance for the betterment of
people
. Some
people
believe that ministry spend money in faster communication of public whereas another group of thinkers support that head department of the country gives more importance to other impact-full things Like the environment, price etc. Both views have their own pros and cons.
Therefore
, before commenting on my opinion, both views must be discussed. Examining the former view, in
this
fast life
people
need to communicate with each other as early as possible and it can be achieved by fast
transport
facilities. The prime reason is fast communication always has benefits to
people
.
This
is because one can meet another person in no time if the facility of travelling is fast and he could complete his work on early basis.
For example
, when a person needs to admit to the hospital quicker public
transport
would help to save his life.
On the contrary
, spending money on other things rather than on public
transport
also
has benefits which outweigh its demerits. To add to
this
air pollution is the major concern of the world, spending money on the purification of air is always a top priority.
Additionally
, reduce the cost of petroleum products
also
is a big concern nowadays.
For instance
, the government try to improve the facility of refineries or
in other words
give funds to them will lead to reducing the cost of petroleum products.
Finally
, in my ,opinion I firmly support saving the environment is the most priority of each and every individual not only government. To conclude, there are many supporters of lightning public
transport
but my arguments prove that saving the environment is the appropriate way to deal with
this
situation.
