Many young people change their jobs and careers. What are the reasons for this, Do the advantages outweigh the disadvantages?

Jobs and Careers have been changed by young
people
in recent years for several reasons.
One
cause could be that young
people
need to explore what they really want in life, another could be the lack of opportunities that work-life has and
also
money issues.
Besides
, young
people
normally in order to have a better job, a study in a University. The initial year is always the same for all the students because colleges teach basic courses
such
as math, science and language, but the problem begins when the students enter the
first
course of their career. For ,example some students don't like spending every day analyzing data or speaking, and communicating with other
people
but their future job would require that, for that reason they change their careers for
one
that fits them better. Another reason could be that young
people
are not mature enough to decide on a career and they need time to
first
analyze themselves in order to enrol in the University.
On the other hand
, money has become
one
of the reasons for some
people
to leave their jobs and find another. It is well known that if they work in a few developing areas they can earn more money than other
people
. But normally working in jobs that only satisfy them in
one
area brings a lot of problems
such
as stress, irritability and dissatisfaction. As an overview young
people
need to explore all the possibilities that a University and a Company would give because it is the only way to figure out what they really want in life.
