Some people low more often. What is the reason behind this.

Despite the fact that our stay here is temporary and soon we have to depart from here without any baggage service, we all feel high when we got achievements and low when something is not happening the way we want. In
this
context, I would like to mention the famous quote “Life is what happens to you while you’re busy making other plans”. We keep plans just to make ourselves busy so that at least there would be some excitement about the future. But we shouldn'
t
stick ourselves to the results of the
plan
. Sometimes it may
result
in huge
success
or it might end up as a disaster. When we tie our self with the
result
of the
plan
, we get these emotional waves. It is true that everyone’s life is a sign wave of
success
and failures. No one could ever go in a straight line of
success
or failure. There are some ways to keep a stable mindset when your graph goes on the negative side.
Firstly
, never ever get attached to any outcome of your works. Being humans, we have got an extraordinary tool called the brain, by which you can imagine anything in life. When you start imagining the positive side of your current
plan
, you’ll always go into the deep imagination of how far
this
success
will take you. Getting applause from your enemies, getting a celebrity status over the night all these drams would be seen in your virtual world. Remember whatever the high
this
imagination created by your brain, it would create 1000 times negative impact if the
plan
didn'
t
get executed well. Some philosophers suggest that we should calm down our creative brain from writing the screenplay for future
success
stories. In fact, the opposite of the above process would be better in some cases.
For instance
, imagine a failure story for your
plan
and try your best to make it successful. If it worked you’ll be happy for your hard
work
or if it failed it doesn’
t
create much impact as you’re already prepared for it. The one best thing we can always practice is that, giving our full potential to the present moment whatever the outcome. The
result
of the previous
work
shouldn'
t
affect the
next
plan
, and we shouldn'
t
expect anything from our current
work
. If someone can enjoy the way they
work
for the
plan
, that would really keep you excited for a long time because the journey is the time that occupies most of our life not the actual
result
. So get excited about your journey, not the destination.
