In the future books will exist only on computers. Do you agree?

It is indeed a fact that physical
books
will be entirely extinct in the future and I wholeheartedly agree with
this
statement.
This
essay will discuss the reasons for my agreement followed by a conclusion.
Firstly
, the way technological advancement is digitalizing the physical form of almost everything would ensure the discontinuation of
books
. It means now thousands of
books
can be stored in a single device which can be accessed anytime and anywhere.
Consequently
,
people
now literally hate carrying heavy
books
which require effort.
For instance
, the majority of readers now prefer to avoid physical
books
and carry tons of
books
in Kindle in electronic format which is just a tablet that provides a great reading experience.
Hence
, the evolution in technology is certainly encouraging
people
to switch to an electronic mode of reading which will certainly ensure the extinction of physical
books
one day.
Secondly
, nobody can preserve the
books
in their original state for a long time. It means being in a physical format, the condition of
books
depreciate over the period of time and their maintenance and preservation is a hectic task that
also
requires physical space.
However
,
people
in the current generation neither have enough time to conserve
books
nor have enough space

their residents for their long term storage.
As a result
, sooner or later individuals will necessarily have to discontinue using
books
.
In addition
, their manufacturing requires the sacrifice of many trees that results in some detrimental consequences to the environment.
For instance
, manufacturing of a single book requires trunks of 3 to 4 fully grown trees which is a huge loss to the struggling environment.
As a result
, the manufacturing of physical papers and
books
will be definitely prohibited in the future ensuring a permanent disappearance of
books
. Conclusively, a rapid process of digitalization will encourage
people
to utilize E-
Books
and their hectic preservation, as well as some harmful effects to the environment, can certainly vanish the physical
books
permanently in the future.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
