Some people believe that travelling is a valuable experience; others say it is a waste of time and money. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

People
are divided into two camps, some believe that travelling is a great
experience
,while others believe
that is
a waste of time and money. And in short,
this
topic is quite ambiguous. In my opinion, talking about whether
this
is a great
experience
or a waste of time, we must take into account that each person is individual , and it gives someone pleasure to
travel
, but for

Travel
is an invaluable
experience
and it cannot be denied. Since travelling to other lands broadens your horizons. Through
travel
, you can learn a foreign language and practice, and getting to know new cultures, ways of
life
and new
people
is a huge expansion of your horizons. A large number of
people
dream of spending their lives
this
way, always in motion and learning something new.
That is
why tourism is very profitable for states. But, not everyone has the opportunity to

On the other hand
, there are a large number of
people
who are satisfied with their
life
in their homeland. A calm, measured
life
is
also
a good solution. I think
people
stay in one place either for fear of visiting other countries, as they do not know what to expect there. Or they just don’t like it. Summing up, we can say with confidence that each person is individual and choose your own occupation in
life
and the style of its conduct. Some
people
like
travel
and their invaluable

, some like everyday and calm home

.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
