Some people think that managers alone should make decisions in the company, while others think that employees should be involved in the decision-making process too. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

The issue of making decisive steps in the company by the only
managers
themselves has been discussed by many, and
although
some say
such
a policy benefits the team, others, including myself, believe that the employees are significant too. On the one hand, the
managers
shoulder responsibility for the image of the workplace more than the ordinary employees, and they are actively involved in the important processes and improvements happening there.
Furthermore
, being controlled by only a few people, in
this
case, by
managers
, eliminates the probability of conflicts and disagreements between colleagues.
For example
, in many communities, workers who obey orders and are obliged to do it on time, work quickly and productively.
On the other hand
,

are the major percentage of the working force in all places, and they absolutely have the right to express their ideas and take part in final decision-making. In fact, ordinary workers are more affected by all the changes and reforms,
that is
why it is significant to be aware of their potential and needs to maintain a supportive and collaborative working environment. It would be unwise for administrators or authorities to meddle in

life and neglect their necessities.
For instance
, numerous factories accept an enormous number of workers, and each of them can offer some alternative solutions to the given problem, and ignoring
this
fact can lead to being stuck behind a desk. Taking everything into account, I personally disagree with accepting the
managers
as only decision-makers in the workspace even if it disrupts the aggressive relationships between employees and administrators. Active engagement of both the supervisors and

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
