advantages & disadvantages of living in an apartment and a house

Everyone should consider benefits and cons before considering what kind of living arrangement they want,as condo living has its own advantages but in my opinion living in a
house
outweighs the pros than apartments, and I will elaborate on both types of living in
this
essay. condo living gives you worry-free to stay as ,there you do not have to bother about maintenance as it is done by management but you have a limited carpet area and you are covered both sides with neighbours sharing common wall .sometimes you are annoyed with noisy neighbours or smokers just below your nose which makes life little boring. In ,apartments utility bills are shared between all the residents so it is cheaper than a
house
. On the other ,hand the
house
gives you independent living with your own boundaries and arrangement ,lots of living space with a garage for cars,
however
in the
house
you have all the responsibilities from snow removal to lawn moving and cleaning your sidewalks.in , the
house
you can plan interior and outside designing according to your preferences.
House
have a huge backyard where you can grow your own fruits and vegetables during summer
although
this
is big work to do from ploughing the field to sowing and collecting it. In ,summary both
house
and apartment living have their own limitations and favours but in my point of ,view a
house
is better than a condo.
