Some people think the best way to stay fit is joining a gym/heath club while others think doing everyday activities such as walking and climbing stairs is sufficient. Discuss both views and give your opinion

In the
last
years, people tried to be more active and adopt a healthy lifestyle and there are a lot of them who prefer to join a
gym
while others prefer to do their own workout by doing more daily activities without joining a
gym
. In
this
essay ,I will write about these two choices and give my opinion.
First
of all ,staying healthy is the most concept we have heard in these
last
years , and to stay healthy there are some options you should take .
Thus
, some individuals choose to be members at a
gym
with a scheduled workout .Certainly, that would help them to be more disciplined and reached their goals.
For example
, a member at a
gym
tends to be competitive and work so hard to achieve his goals.
On the other hand
, there are a lot of people who prefer to continue their normal life but better choices .
For example
, they walk
instead
of using a car or use the stairs ,not the elevator.Of course , that will help them so much to stay healthy and
that is
going to be step by step. Like some people who prefer daily activities to stay fit , I believe
this
option is the best one because it made us change our bad habit to a good habit which I think will have a great impact on our life in the long run . In conclusion, we need to be more active and healthier by setting small goals every day. Since there are a lot of temptations in which they are just a distraction .
