crime
rate is increasing even after our first
retribution. Lack of employment and rehabilitation are the most indispensable reason for this
issue; which by some measures can be tackle crime
. I will discuss both reasons and solutions in this
essay before concluding.
Firstly
, the main reason that most offenders
after their first
prison sentence tend to commit crimes again is the lack of employment after release. Most criminals struggle with financial crunch; being the main culprit to lead re-offend. One research has demonstrated that if criminals have a job after their first
punishment
they will not be tempted to carry out crime
again. Secondly
, lack of rehabilitation and ample awareness are other reasons for reoffending. Although
prisons are for criminal punishment
, they should be a place where offenders
are retrained to have a good life and future after release.
There are two effective solutions for the problem of repeat offenders
. First
of all, governments should ensure they have an employment chance. To put it another way, a circumstance should be provided for criminals by the government to have a job position after finished their punishment
. Another measurement is that offenders
should be educated in prison to learn not only new skills but also
how to live without law offending demeanor

In addition
, it is better if the governments act as a gatekeeper to deter them from commit crime
