Well, I am personally not against giving help to a country in need but that should be one-time or project-based help. The whole world should be united and support each other in certain situations.

Poverty can be addressed by sharing technology, research, ideas, resources, knowledge and by helping poorer nations with industrial development which can help to produce more jobs.
