Some people enjoy working alone. Others would rather work in a group. What is your preference? Explain why.

There are two main working styles which are working alone and working in a group.
Although
each one has its own advantages, I prefer working in a
team
because it plays an essential part

the development of a

.
To begin
with, generating new ideas is a must-do task in any
company
if they want to develop. To do so, working in a group is the most optimal choice. During the brainstorming sessions, each
team
member
can come up with many ideas. In my opinion, the best idea is born by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of many previous ones,
then
combining them together. The second reason I should mention is that
teamwork
can boost the productivity of a
company
. When tasks are equally shared by each
team
member
according to
the skills, talents, and strengths of each
member
of a
team
, tasks can be completed faster and more effectively.
This
can lead to a significant increase in productivity.
Moreover
, when working in a
team
, it is easier for everyone to ask for or offer help, which may help any project run smoothly.
Next,
teamwork
seems to be an effective way to connect people in a
company
. Unlike individual working, working in a group requires colleagues to communicate with each other. By cooperating and discussing together, people may have a chance to know each other well.
This
can create a friendly working environment which is necessary for any firm.
Last
but not least,
teamwork
creates chances for everyone to raise their morale. When the tasks are shared equally by each
member
and they are done effectively, a person may win the recognition of his
team
.
This
can not only boost his confidence but
also
give him a sense of job satisfaction.
As a result
, he can devote more to his
company
. These are reasons why I believe that
teamwork
is better than individual work. If a
company
aims for steady growth, it should consider more about
this
working style.
