I In some countries, many young people choose to work or travel for a year between finishing high school and starting university studies. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages.

In some societies, hard work is taken into account as a productive power engine to persuade
children
to achieve whatever they desire. While there are some drawbacks associated with
this
idea, in my opinion, its merits are more substantial. On the one hand, the potential disadvantage might be the sense of dissatisfaction after each
failure
. The existence of
failure
in each aim is inevitable, and
children
should be aware of the fact that their hardworking might cause a
failure
. If
children
constantly are told to try hard to fulfil their goals regardless of the real-life circumstances, they will be dissatisfied after the preliminary
failure
. Thereby, it might be logical that they would be reluctant to pursue their other aims.
On the other hand
, a major advantage of convincing
children
with determination is increasing of sense of fulfilment in them. It is obvious that achieving a goal, even a minor one, opens up many options for
children
to keep their perseverance in favour of other significant aims.
For instance
, getting a high score with immense studying will bring several positive influences on students' unconscious minds to be more industrious in the future. A
further
benefit is providing
children
with real-life conditions. Undoubtedly, a child can acquire more experiences after each attempt, and these constructive experiences play pivotal roles in having much better consequences of hardworking in the future. On balance, it is true that advising
children
to try hard to fulfilling their goals would seem disadvantageous under certain circumstances, I believe its benefits in terms of sense of fulfilment and getting more experiences to override its disadvantages.
