Living conditions of the public in most of the world-famous cities have been challenged due to lack of clean
air
. The majority of the population are suffering from various health issues
such
as Asthma due to polluted
air
within the city limit. There are some key reasons for the
air
pollution and some effective actions have already been taken from plenty of nations to minimize the rising trend too. It is a well-known fact that there are both offices and multiple residential buildings within the city perimeter. To facilitate the transport requirement of both residence and employees, thousands of transportations are being used daily. One major reason for
air
pollution is the higher carbon emission from those vehicles.
For example
, the quality of
air
in Colombo town has been drastically decreasing since
last
three years due to the large number of vehicles circulating within the area. To address the situation
first
, we need to improve the public transport system which will reduce the usage of personal transport and eventually the number of movements on the roads.
For example
, we could use a mono-rail system for day to day travelling.
Secondly
, there should be a mechanism to establish public parks to purify the polluted
air
. Recently, the Mexican council decided to form several
such
public areas in order to improve the quality of the
air
. In my opinion, the density of population in most capitals going to increase rapidly in the coming years. So, there should be a proper method to facilitate high-quality
air
for them.
Similarly
, necessary precautions
also
need to be taken to minimize the
air
pollution in those places.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
