In some countries the average weight of people is increasing and their levels of health and fitness are decreasing. What do you think are the causes of these problems and what measures could be taken to solve them? Increasing concern that has become an inevitable part of everyday life for many public around the world is
energy
with regard to burden gaining and deteriorating strength . There are a few countries crowd who think that density of community is increasing and well-being is becoming worst as well as life-threatening for the future generation.
However
,I will examine the problems, cause and provide my opinion on how to solve the issues. Nowadays
energy
has raised a concerning phenomenon which becomes a great concern in which either gravity gaining is a burning question is a crying need to be concerned for
this
generation. It is said that one decade ago nations were not much concerned regarding their fitness generally taking food unconsciously
as a result
pressure gaining was a common issue before the decade during the reign of the Mughal period most of the Kings were fat and suffering from obesity due to insincerely of
energy
.
On the other hand
, strength has become another issue related to fitness decreasing substantially. But
this
is true that today’s public getting conscious regarding their vigour as well as well-being since they know well except having health or without ,
energy
consciousness becoming strong less and unfit which will be caused for suffering in the long run. the population are seen nowadays everywhere building up their bodies and getting wealth maintaining their fitness. To be concluded, it is must be said saying as the proverb is "Health is wealth ". We should raise our great voice and take necessary steps to solve the problem
for instance
taking a balanced diet and exercising to get a healthy world which can not help give a sound generation.
