Some people think it is better to choose friends who always have the opinion as them. Other people believe it is good to have friends who sometimes disagree with them. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

Few people argue that having a relationship with people with the same mindset is better because the relationship will be easier to maintain as they are always on the same page as them.
However
, few argue that having a companion who has different opinions help you respect another point of view and gives you a chance to understand each other better. The essay will discuss both sides, followed by my opinion. A lot of times having a friend who has the same point of view as we are easier to handle. There will be no counterarguments and the relationship sail smoothly.
Although
, in the long run, it does get boring and very monotonous.
For instance
, having a discussion with your friend about a particular political aspect with no difference in idea might lead to having a shorter discussion where you agree on one point and you don't get to know about another side of the story. On contrary, if we have friends who display contradicting thoughts from ours, despite the disagreements you will still enjoy the conversation. You are exposed to different points of view and get to learn about different angles in one story.
This
not only expands our knowledge on a particular subject but in fact makes uncomfortable conversations easier. Imagine having a debate about a topic and having different views towards it. You not only get to support your side of the argument you are able to listen and understand the other side as well. From summarizing the above arguments, my opinion is that it is difficult to choose one perspective over the other. You need to have friends who can express both agreement and disagreement from time to time. It not only makes the conversation interesting but
also
helps you to respect each other's opinions and enjoy the disagreement expressed.
