Some people believe that it is best to accept a bad situation, such as an unsatisfactory job or shortage of money. Others argue that it is better to try and improve such situation. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

Some people think acceptance of an unsatisfactory situation is the best choice.
However
, others disagree and believe that they should try to make it better. I will discuss both aspects, and state my own opinion. Some people choose to do nothing with situations that they are not satisfied, and accept it. It is possible that
this
is the best way for them. The best example of
this
would be those people having a difficult life situation. Even if they are forced to work hard, and do not receive an increased salary, they need to admit it as they want money to raise their family.
Moreover
, acceptance has a positive effect on their mentality. It can reduce negative emotions,
such
as displeasure and stress, so they will have a happy life.
On the other hand
, improvement of situations is preferable in some groups. They believe that little change can lead to different outcomes which may be better or worse. At least, they can get acceptable results.
For example
, some students want to get

in mathematics, but they got the lowest midterm score. According to
last
semester’s statistics, they may get D.
Therefore
, they practice more exercises and ask the teacher about the lesson that they do not understand well so that they satisfy with their grade.
Finally
, grade C appears on their transcript. It is clear that if they did not try to study hard, they would face a terrible case. From my perspective, some scenarios that you do not have any options

be accepted, but you should challenge it no matter what happens. It is more likely to get better results.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
