You recently did a short cookery course. The cookery school has asked for your feedback on this course. Write a letter to the course director at the cookery school. In your letter, describe what you enjoyed about the course say how much cooking you've done since the course suggest another cookery course you'd like the school to offer

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing
this
letter with reference to your request for providing feedback on the cookery course that I was a part of
last
month. I would like to take
this
time and appreciate your initiative in providing access to learning cooking. I was really intrigued by the idea of using organic ingredients, including vegetables in every cuisine possible and I really enjoyed exploring
this
side of cooking leading to a healthy lifestyle. While it was a bit challenging in the beginning, I was able to cope up with it over time.
Further
to these classes, I was able to implement my learnings from the cooking classes in preparing daily meals and the results were extremely surprising. I have been cooking at my place since
last
week and my skills seem to improve.
Although
I am mostly inclined towards Italian cuisine and prefer to prepare a meal of the same kind, I have been preparing different cuisine for my family now.
However
, I would like to make a suggestion with respect to another cookery course if the school can offer. Since I am aware of the benefits of attending these classes, I believe if a similar course is arranged for children to enhance their learning on healthy foods and address their curiosity, that would be really helpful. Please let me know if you need any additional information regarding my suggestion. Yours faithfully, Farhana Jabeen
